Ohio Savings Bank to Pay $14 Million to Settle Claims of Residential Mortgagors

WASHINGTON, DC - Litigation involving Ohio Savings Bank, now known as AmTrust, and a class of residential mortgagors has settled. Subject to final approval by the Court, Ohio Savings Bank will pay $14 million to settle the claims of the class.
