Jobe Danganan's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.
Since joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in July 2008, Mr. Danganan has worked on matters for American Express, Barclays Capital, Delta Air Lines, and Goldman Sachs & Company.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Danganan was an associate at Ropes & Gray in Boston, where he worked on the successful representation of a major drug manufacturer in a large multidistrict class action, the successful representation of the generic subsidiary of that drug manufacturer in the damages phase of the litigation, the successful representation of a global supplier of mobile computing cases in a multimillion dollar contractual dispute, and the successful representation, pro bono, of an albino refugee from West Africa. Mr. Danganan also worked on several appellate briefs, including an amicus brief before the U.S. Supreme Court and an appellee brief before the Massachusetts Appeals Court on the enforceability of mediation agreements. He also worked on white collar matters for the firm.
