Vanessa Bossard

Vanessa Bossard's main practice area is complex commercial litigation.

Since joining the Firm, Ms. Bossard has participated in the representation of the former CEO of a prominent global insurance company in a shareholder derivative suit; a celebrity restaurateur in connection with contract claims arising from a proposed addition to his restaurant group; a billion-plus dollar hedge fund regarding potential accounting malpractice claims; and a high-tech company concerning antitrust violations affecting Navy contracts.

Ms. Bossard graduated summa cum laude from Barnard College in 1998 where she was a Writing Fellow and Centennial Scholar.  In 2003, she received her M.A. from University of Chicago with fields in Mathematical Economics and Economic History.   Before joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in April 2008, Ms. Bossard was an associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
