Since joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Spiro's practice has been focused on complex commercial litigation and False Claims Act litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Spiro served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane A. Restani, Chief Judge of the United States Court of International Trade. From 2006-2008, Mr. Spiro was associated with Clifford Chance US LLP.
