Aaron Snow's areas of interest in practice include consumer protection, complex litigation, antitrust, and intellectual property.

With the firm, Mr. Snow has represented: a port authority, created by Alaskan voters, suing major oil and gas companies for relief from anticompetitive restrictions on natural gas supply in Alaska; a banking and securities firm investigating theft of software trade secrets and breach of nondisclosure agreements; a telecommunications company in a securities fraud matter spanning multiple domestic and international jurisdictions; a shareholder class of plaintiffs seeking compensation for undervaluation of their shares in a coerced stock repurchase; an in-store advertising company in a breach of contract arbitration; and, pro bono, Native Americans seeking to protect a burial ground from demolition by developers.

After college, Mr. Snow spent several years in the software industry as a programmer, development manager and technology consultant.
