Caryl Boies specializes in class and collective action litigation.

Ms. Boies has served as lead or co-lead counsel in numerous collective actions resulting in the recovery of unpaid overtime on behalf of thousands of employees; and, has also served as lead or co-lead counsel in a variety of complex class actions involving consumer fraud and antitrust.

Before joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Ms. Boies was a partner in the law firm of Boies & McInnis from 1995-1998. She was an associate with the law firm of Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach from 1991 to 1995 and an associate with the law firm of Calvin, Dylewski, Gibbs, Maddox, Russel & Verner from 1987 to 1991.
